HOLLY V. KAPHERR
With 15 years of experience in editorial journalism, content strategy, communications and public relations, Holly has dedicated her career to the power of the written word. She graduated from the University of Central Florida with an MFA in Creative Writing, and has written for and directed content for Tupperware Brands, AdventHealth and Bonnier Corporation. She has been a contributing food writer for Orlando Weekly since 2007, and her freelance travel and food writing has appeared in USA Today, Delta Sky, Walmart.com, Marriott Traveler and others.
An Orlando native, Holly finds joy in Central Florida’s growing culinary scene, and spends most of her time in the kitchen at home, perusing local markets and enjoying the latest creations from Orlando’s top chefs. In 2018, Holly launched The Culinati Podcast, where she interviews culinary tastemakers changing the way we look and think about what we eat and drink.
She and her husband, Cliff, volunteer with the Golden Retriever Rescue of Mid-Florida as a foster family, and spend their spare time dreaming up itineraries for their next far-flung travel adventure.
