Since 2005, Cathrina's career has evolved and met the creative demands of the ever-changing marketing and advertising landscape, working in-house, agency, and freelance capacities.

Cathrina began her career working for Olympian Labs, a nutraceutical company in Scottsdale, AZ. She was then hired at Publix, where she was a part of the award-winning Creative Services team at Publix.

Since leaving Publix, she went on to Universal Studios® Florida, where she helped launch the Wizarding World of Harry Potter™ and spearheaded the Annual Read Across America program in conjunction with Dr. Seuss Enterprises and the Department of Education.

Cathrina joined the award-winning agency, CCH Marketing, in 2013 and works with clients such as Orlando Health, Travel + Leisure, and Palmas Restaurant Group to refresh their identities, create dynamic and strategic digital and social campaigns, and engaging organic content. As a director, she oversees a creative team that consists of graphic designers, UI/UX designers, Illustrators, Animators, Video Editors, and freelancers. She continues to grow her skill set in all aspects of the creative field to not only better understand the creatives she delegates, but to stay abreast of the ever-evolving creative landscape.

Pre-Pandemic, Cathrina was an active volunteer at her children's schools and extracurricular activities. As of late, Cathrina has grown into an avid reader and writer, but also loves to spend time with her husband, two children, and two dogs.
