Bryan Harrold

Prior to joining CCH Marketing & Events full-time in January 2011, I spent nearly eight years working with Winter Park public accounting firm Borcheck & Gase, LLC, primarily on the audit and assurance side of the business. There I managed a group of staff across various attest functions, including compilation, review, audit, and agreed-upon procedures engagements. I have experience with a broad range of industries and specialties, including not-for-profit accounting, construction (percentage of completion) accounting, and Yellow Book audits (including OMB Circular A-133 and the Florida Single Audit Act).  Additionally, I have extensive tax planning, preparation, and review experience, including Forms 990, 1120, 1120S, 1065, 1040, 941, 940, and UCT-6, amongst others.

During my college days, before entering into public accounting, I spent four years working full-time with Turbine Technology Services Corporation as a Staff Accountant.  There I was responsible for company-wide billing and receivables management, as well as job costing and project accounting.  I also assisted the Controller and CFO with preparation for month-end consolidated reporting.

Interests:

Along with my wife Cristina, I am a die-hard UCF sports fanatic.  We never miss a UCF football game, and we often travel to away games to support our Knights.  I love to cook, and I enjoy learning new techniques and preparations.  When I get the chance, I also enjoy surfing and spending time at the beach.
