CCH Marketing recognized by FPRA Orlando for two outstanding public relations campaigns

CCH Marketing was honored with two awards at the 2019 FPRA Orlando Area Chapter Image Awards gala on April 23, 2019. Located in the Hourglass District, CCH is a digital marketing, public relations, advertising and social media agency that represents a broad range of clients with an emphasis on healthcare and hospitality. The team consists of 17 employees, broken up into management, business development, accounts, strategy and analytics, and creative.
The Florida Public Relations Association (FPRA) is a nationally-recognized public relations organization with 15 professional and 12 student chapters throughout the state of Florida. Its members represent a variety of backgrounds, from private and public corporations to government entities, not-for-profits, counseling firms and independent practitioners.
The FPRA Orlando Area Chapter Image Awards gala recognizes the finest public relations campaigns and practitioners for their outstanding efforts on an annual basis. Awards are given in four categories: 1) Public Relations Programs, 2) Printed Tools of Public Relations, 3) Digital Tools of Public Relations, and 4) Student Projects in Public Relations. Three types of awards are presented in each category: 1) Image Award—presented to the top-scoring entry in that category, 2) Award of Distinction—presented to entries that meet the standard of excellence set by a panel of judges, and 3) Judges’ Award—presented by judges for an outstanding entry that achieves maximum results while using a minimum amount of money.

NICU Graduates First Day of School
CCH Marketing received an Image Award in the Digital Tools of Public Relations Online Audience Engagement category for an organic social media post—NICU Graduates First Day of School. CCH’s plan served to humanize the Orlando Health system in the eyes of consumers. The team joined the back-to-school buzz on social media by highlighting NICU graduates at Orlando Health Winnie Palmer Hospital for Women & Babies on their first day of school.
- Achieved a total of 54,404 impressions on Facebook
- Obtained a reach of 34,878 across all social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram)
- Garnered 58,365 impressions, 1,734 reactions, comments, and shares, 4,933 post clicks, 2,118 photo views and 2,815 other clicks across all social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram)

Taste of Mexico City Menu Launch at Frontera Cocina Mexicana in Disney Springs
CCH Marketing also received an Award of Distinction in the Public Relations Programs: Integrated Marketing category for the Taste of Mexico City Menu Launch at Frontera Cocina Mexicana in Disney Springs. This integrated marketing campaign was developed to promote the limited-time menu release and return of celebrity Chef Rick Bayless to his Orlando-based restaurant Frontera Cocina in January 2019. The combined use of social and traditional media served as important tools for increasing reservations and menu awareness for the brand.
- Garnered 11 media hits from 13 influencers, bloggers and journalists
- Achieved 311 seated covers the night of the menu launch (a five percent increase from the previous roll-out in Fall 2018)
- Obtained a reach of 33,392 and total of 99,309 impressions across Facebook and Instagram via reservations awareness campaign
